We recognise that no one is exempt from trauma we therefore do not limit our work to any one sector. We have a range of models that will support people of any age from any background.

Some of those services include:

• Change management consultancy & Strategic Development – Supporting larger organisations who want to embark on a journey towards trauma informed practice to do that effectively. Using our organisational change handbook, we create bespoke practice development guides with metrics that allow organisations to embark on a journey of change and measure progress.

• Workforce Wellbeing – We offer a range of activities that support wellbeing and cultures of compassion for teams that have experienced challenges or difficult periods. Bespoke models include workforce well-being support, experiencing burnout, compassion fatigue and moral injury.

• Workforce Training & Development – We offer a range of off the shelf training courses as well as designing bespoke courses for organisational need, including train the trainer and specialist training.

• Briefings & Public Speaking events - media appearances and written publications.

• Services for People – We deliver a range of services for people including mentoring, wellness coaching including emotional regulation and support for recovery from a range of traumatic experiences. These include, care leavers, victims of exploitation and modern-day slavery including Child Criminal Exploitation and Child Sexual Exploitation, domestic abuse perpetrators and victims, and abuse victims and perpetrators. We also have a specialist model for addressing youth violence.

• Research and evaluation – This drives our work as we are committed to finding new ways to capture and evaluate the difference trauma –informed and responsive practice makes to people delivering and receiving services. Whilst also understanding the prevalence of trauma in different environments.
